Heavyweights

Three small figures, hand-built in clay, each carrying the same quiet authority in miniature. Queen, Tamiko, and Irie aren't posed to be admired so much as encountered — women settled fully into themselves, unhurried by anyone's expectations of what a body should apologize for or shrink to fit. Small in scale, substantial in presence — the title is as literal as it is not.
